ENGLISH STYLE PALE ALE

The Silver Sands Pale Ale is a complexed balance of six different types of malt and two different types of hops giving the beer a slightly herbal, earthy flavour with medium hop bitterness and aroma. Adding another dose of Fuggles hops during the whirlpool phase brings an intense aroma of floral notes.

AMERICAN WEST COAST STYLE

This highly drinkable IPA is the favourite style of craft brewers world wide and our favorite too. Big flavor without too much bitterness, we use a basic malt bill combined with extra hops loaded with tropical, citrus and fruity flavor.  This complex hop profile is created by the addition of fresh hops at six different stages of the process resulting in a well balanced and flavorful IPA.

Our smokey version of this English Porter is brewed with beechwood smoked malt and a generous dose of chocolate malt. With an ABV of 7%, this porter is dark, smooth and complex, perfect for those that like a ‘bigger’’ beer

IRISH STYLE RED ALE

The Ragged Point Red Ale is brewed using a combination of kilned malts and roasted barley giving this beer the colour for which it is known.  With a carefully balanced hop character, this amber coloured beer has a medium caramel malt sweetness with a tan coloured, creamy head.

AMERICAN EAST COAST STYLE IPA

This American East Coast or New England Style IPA is slightly cloudy with a tropical, fruity aroma. One sip of this beer and your senses are overwhelmed with flavour - grapefruit,peach,melon,tangerine. You will wonder how the brewer managed to pack so much flavour into one beer. This IPA finishes smooth and creamy, with little or no bitterness. Don’t be afraid of the haze!

BELGIAN STYLE WITBIER

This unfiltered, Belgian-style wheat ale is carefully brewed with white wheat and malted barley creating a unique ale that is naturally slightly cloudy. Adding real orange peel and crushed coriander gives this refreshing ale a slightly citrus edge. Enhance the flavors by adding a fresh slice of orange.

The South Coast Summer Ale is an easy drinking dry ale, with medium body and a light, malty sweetness. It has a low hop bitterness with slight floral notes.  Brewed using East Kent Goldings hops, this ale is a perfect choice for lager lovers.

TROPICAL STOUT

A classic style of the Caribbean, this stout is full bodied, sweet, smooth and creamy. We use extra dark roasted malt with oats and special hops to give this beer a medium bitterness with a juicy, fruity, tropical twist. Look for hints of pineapple, grapefruit, and passion fruit along with the usual coffee and chocolate flavors.

BARRACUDA DOUBLE IPA

We take this unfiltered American West Coast style IPA and Turbocharge it by using double the amount of hops in the recipe. the Barracuda Double IPA is big in flavour and bitterness and also loaded with tropical citrus and fruit flavours coupled with earthy notes and hints of toffee.  it has huge hoppy highs and deep malty depths, matched only by a higher alcohol content.  like the Barracuda fish, this Double IPA comes with a Big Bite at 9% abv.
